HandicapX® is a brand of iwillDesign. Operator of the HandicapX® App is the company iwillDesign – Alexander Will Webdesign. The HandicapX® Android App and the HandicapX® iPhone App are called HandicapX App or Application in the following.

Liability for contents

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content, which we make available for use, in accordance with the general laws pursuant to Section 7 (1) TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete infringement. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for toilet locations

Our application contains third-party toilet locations over whose availability, accessibility and usability we have no control. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for the toilet locations. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the availability, accessibility and usability of these toilet locations. The registered toilet locations were checked for possible legal violations at the time of entry into the database. At the time of entry, no illegalities were apparent. However, a permanent control of the toilet locations is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such entries immediately.

Liability for detailed information of the toilet locations (toilet details)

Our application contains detailed information about toilet locations of third parties, on whose compliance and accuracy we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for the detailed information. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for compliance with the detailed information on toilet locations. The toilet details were checked for correctness and possible legal violations at the time of entry into the database. At the time of entry, no illegalities were apparent. However, a permanent control of the toilet details is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such entries immediately.

Liability for ratings and comments

Our application contains ratings and comments about toilet locations from HandicapX App users, the accuracy of which we have no control over. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for the ratings and comments. The ratings and comments were checked for possible legal violations at the time of entry into the database. At the time of entry, no illegalities were apparent. However, a permanent control of the toilet details is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such entries immediately.

Copyright

The HandicapX app, its content, design and preparation are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, distribution, decompilation and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the express written consent of HandicapX® and the operator iWillDesign – Alexander Will Webdesign. Downloads of this application are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. As far as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

Changes to the HandicapX App

iwillDesign – Alexander Will Webdesign reserves the right to make changes to the HandicapX App at any time. Changes to the HandicapX App do not necessarily require an update and can be made to a certain extent on the server side.

Accessibility

The accessibility of the HandicapX App cannot be guaranteed permanently. The operator of the application reserves the right to discontinue the HandicapX App at any time without notice and justification.

Privacy

The protection of your personal data is a close concern to us. In this sense, we undertake to treat your data confidentially, not to pass it on to third parties and to protect it from unauthorized access by third parties. All entries made by the user in the context of feedback in the HandicapX app are voluntary and serve us exclusively for the purpose of correspondence. All transmitted data in the context of processing, reports, evaluation and commenting on the toilet locations are treated confidentially and made available anonymously.

Google Maps (Android Version)

The HandicapX App in the Android version uses Google Maps, a service provided by Google Inc („Google“). The use of Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps is subject to the Google Terms of Use and the additional terms and conditions for Google Maps. The use of Google Maps is solely for the determination of your current location, the geo-coordination of toilet locations as well as their display on the Google Maps via the Google Maps API in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Google Maps API to.

Apple Maps (iOS-Version)

The HandicapX App in the iOS version uses Apple Maps, a service provided by Apple Inc („Apple“). The use of Apple Maps and the information obtained through Apple Maps is subject to Apple’s Terms of Use and the Additional Terms of Service for Apple Maps. The use of Apple Maps is solely for the purpose of determining your current location, geo-coordinating restroom locations and displaying them on Apple Maps via the Apple Maps API in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Apple Maps API.
